1. Assist in the planning and development of FRP integration strategies for different product lines.

2. Plan and allocate resources, including materials and manpower, for FRP-related activities.

3. Lead and supervise the FRP division team

4. Ensure compliance with engineering specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

5. Maintain accurate records of FRP usage, production processes, and quality control measures.

6. Prepare regular progress reports and update management on FRP-related projects.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.

3. Strong understanding of FRP materials, manufacturing techniques, and integration methods.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
