- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services ask by costumer
- Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
- Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
- Updating list of confirm or create orders.
- Completing daily target and having 80% confirmation.
- Updating Address and shipping orders.
- Completing assigned task by HOD.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Amravati, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
