_**Position Overview**_: As a Solar Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth coordination of solar projects. You will work closely with sales representatives, customers, and various internal stakeholders to facilitate the sales process, manage documentation, and provide administrative support. Your objective is to streamline operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of solar sales initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**_: Assist the sales team in lead management, including lead assignment, tracking, and follow-up. Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and site visits with potential customers. Provide sales representatives with necessary information and documentation to support their sales efforts.
- **Customer Engagement**_: Communicate with customers to address inquiries, provide information, and assist in resolving any issues or concerns. Ensure a positive customer experience by promptly responding to customer requests and maintaining strong relationships throughout the sales process.
- **Documentation and Contracts**_: Prepare and review sales agreements, contracts, proposals, and other relevant documentation. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies and legal requirements. Collaborate with legal, finance, and other departments as necessary to facilitate contract management and compliance.
- **Project Coordination**_: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather project specifications, ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials, and facilitate effective communication between sales, operations, and installation teams.
- **Reporting and Analysis**_: Compile and maintain sales reports, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales activities, performance, and progress towards targets. Analyze data and generate insights to support sales strategy, identify trends, and improve overall sales effectiveness.
- **CRM Management**_: Utilize the CRM system to manage and update customer information, track leads, and monitor the sales pipeline. Ensure data accuracy, provide training to the sales team on CRM usage, and assist in generating sales reports and forecasts from the system.

Market Research: Stay informed about the solar energy industry, market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes. Conduct research to identify potential sales opportunities, target markets, and industry developments that may impact sales strategies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales coordination, sales support, or similar roles
- Knowledge of the solar energy industry and understanding of solar products and solutions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales-related software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using standard office software (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
