Back Office Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Data entry and maintenance of accurate records in various software programs
- Managing and organizing electronic and physical files
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks
- Generating reports and analyzing data
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
- Providing general administrative support to the team as needed
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or data entry role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PDF software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
