Job Summary: As a heat treatment supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the heat treatment operations within our manufacturing facility. You will oversee the heat treatment processes, manage a team of technicians, and ensure compliance with safety guidelines and quality standards. Your role will involve planning and scheduling heat treatment activities, monitoring process parameters, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate records.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage the heat treatment operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
- Plan and schedule heat treatment activities based on production requirements.
- Assign tasks and provide guidance to a team of heat treatment technicians.
- Monitor and control heat treatment processes to ensure optimal results and adherence to specifications.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or process deviations, coordinating repairs and adjustments as needed.
- Conduct inspections and tests to verify product quality and conformance to specifications.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of heat treatment processes, including temperature charts, process logs, and inspection reports.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as production and quality control, to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.
- Train and mentor heat treatment technicians, providing guidance on process improvement and skill development.
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and regulations related to heat treatment processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in metallurgy, materials science, or a related field is preferred. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Proven experience in heat treatment operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of heat treatment processes, equipment, and techniques.
- Familiarity with safety guidelines and regulations related to heat treatment operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot process issues.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to effectively plan and coordinate heat treatment activities.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, providing clear instructions and guidance.
- Proficiency in using heat treatment equipment and related software.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information effectively.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
