Solution Architect - DXI Platforms
**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and senior management to understand business needs and translate them into technology solutions utilizing ServiceNow and other platforms.
Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow-based solutions, considering factors such as scalability, security, performance, and user experience.
Develop and maintain architectural guidelines, best practices, and standards for ServiceNow implementation, integration, and customization.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and design patterns.
Conduct technology assessments, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to determine the viability and impact of new projects or enhancements.
Identify opportunities to leverage ServiceNow platform capabilities for process automation, workflow optimization, and improved user experiences.
Collaborate with vendors and third-party partners to evaluate tools, plugins, and technologies that enhance the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to ServiceNow and enterprise architecture.
Provide thought leadership by contributing to technology roadmaps, enterprise architecture frameworks, and strategic planning activities.
**Skill Required**:
Bachelor’s/master’s degree in information technology.
6+ years hands on development experience with ServiceNow and 3+ years of experience in architecting, designing and implementing Enterprise solutions.
Good to have SNOW implementation specialist certification.
Strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes.
Strong implementation of experience of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules including knowledge on CMDB.
Hands on experience with integration methods, REST APIs, Data streaming and synchronizing techniques.
Deeper expertise in designing solutions considering scalability, performance, security, and monitoring.
Hands on expertise in strategizing and handling platform upgrades in ServiceNow.
Efficient communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
Experience of Citizen development will be an added advantage.
People management experience to provide required leadership coaching, guidance and developing team members to be successful is an added plus.
