**Payroll Processing**:
- Collecting and verifying timekeeping information.
- Calculating and processing employee salaries and wages.
- Ensuring accuracy in payroll data, including deductions, taxes, and benefits.
- Addressing payroll-related discrepancies or issues.
- **Compliance**:
- Staying up-to-date with local, state, and federal regulations related to payroll and taxes.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- **Recordkeeping**:
- Maintaining accurate records of employee information, including personal details, tax withholding, and benefits.
- Generating and distributing pay statements or direct deposit information.
- **Benefits Administration**:
- Administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Assisting employees with questions or issues related to benefits.
- **Tax Administration**:
- Ensuring accurate and timely submission of payroll taxes.
- Generating and distributing W-2 forms at the end of the tax year.
- **Communication**:
- Communicating with employees regarding payroll-related inquiries or changes.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as finance and HR, to coordinate information and processes.
- **Systems Management**:
- Utilizing payroll software and systems to process and manage payroll efficiently.
- Troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to payroll systems.
- **Problem Resolution**:
- Addressing and resolving payroll-related discrepancies or errors.
- Investigating and correcting any payroll issues promptly.
- **Continuous Improvement**:
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement within the payroll and HR functions.
- Staying informed about industry best practices and emerging trends.
- **Documentation**:
- Creating and updating documentation related to payroll processes and procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
