Attending customer calls and guide them with proper information.
- Guiding and transferring customers to specific department to whom Customer related to.
- Need to Handle 50-60 Calls in a day with a polite voice.
- Must have strong intension of convincing customer to move into further proceedings.
- need to provide all calls report to the particular superiors.
**Salary**: From ₹250,000.00 per year

**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
