**Job Description and Qualifications**
- His position is accountable for the following end results:

- Prepare and implement site specific EHS documents (EHS Plan, Emergency response plan, waste management plan, Traffic management plan, HSE instructions and procedures)
- Review and approve sub-contractor EH&S documents, EHS personnel, crew on special tasks.
- Ensure implementation of AP EHS policies, guidelines, and procedures at site
- Ensure compliance of AP EH&S KPI’s on site
- Provide EHS inputs in approving heavy lift & standard lifting plans for normal and critical lifts on site.
- Prepare EHS legal register and ensure all EHS statutory and regulatory requirements are compiled to at site.
- Organize and lead site safety committee meetings and ensure that points raised during the meeting are properly closed.
- Prepare HSE training plan and HSE training presentations for specific task (e.g., Work at height, Confined space etc.)
- Conduct/ ensure HSE training, toolbox meetings, and emergency drills are implemented.
- Prepare job safety analysis for site activities along with contractor and required team members.
- Report safety statistics, Track and provide regular EHS performance reporting in the prescribed format on weekly/monthly basis to home office.
- Conduct EHS trainings and orientation for all new employees & train sub-contractor EHS officers for imparting training to the respective staff/workmen
- Develop worksite EHS campaigns along with contractor and ensure its implementation at site
- Organize and lead EHS promotions program at site
- Investigate and complete the process for close out of all Incident/Accident Investigation
- Conduct and lead HSE walkthroughs and HSE inspections at site
- Ensure nonconformities/ observations received via HSE audit from Home office, Customer and external agency are closed by taking appropriate corrective actions
- Identify significant environmental aspects for the site activities and develop an action plan to reduce their environmental impacts
- Works towards digitalization of HSE aspects e.g Developing virtual training tools, Using RFID on site etc
- Promote reporting of near miss, unsafe act and conditions at site by conducting campaigns
