Mechanical Helper

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific direction, and other duties as assigned
- Ability to lift, push or pull 50lbs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shift
- Production workers are expected to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals
- Production Helper will assist the Machine Operator in a steel building manufacturing company (decks, roofs )
- Maintain hopper area and verifies extruders are loading proper materials per work orders
- Grind reclaim produced from production start-ups and off spec-production
- Communicate with operators on regrind percent to run and regrind availability
- Provides support to operations by relieving for breaks, lunch, and as required to support production

Desired experience for includes:

- External High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and must also adapt to frequent changes that occur on the production line
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds, stack, and/or carry pans, ingredient containers
- Must be able to work any day and/or shift including weekends and holidays
- Must have physical ability and strength to perform assigned tasks
- Must have ability to read and write, speak, and communicate in order to understand and follow work and safety instructions

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
