Radiological Safety Officer

Basic Objective
:
Carry out routine measurements and analysis of radiation levels in the controlled area, supervised area of the radiation facility and maintain records of the results.

To develop proper operating, emergency, and eLORA procedures as per AERB norms for CT machine.

To analyze internal defect of Aluminum castings.

Measurement of internal & external dimension of casting (actual vs nominal & wall thickness)

Qualification
:
Should have BARC level-2 training from competent institute approved by AERB

Should have work experience of at least 4-5 years on CT scan machine. (Preferable working in industrial field).

**Preferable**: A Post Graduate Diploma/Degree in Radiological Physics from a recognized university/institution

Or

Or

A Diploma in Engineering from a recognized university/institution with a minimum of

five years

of experience in radiation surveillance in a radiation processing facility supported by personnel monitoring (TLD) service.
