**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Job Title**:Delivery Rider

**Responsibilities**:
1. Efficiently and accurately delivering packages or goods to designated locations within specified timeframes.

2. Safely operating a delivery vehicle, adhering to traffic rules and regulations.

3. Planning and organizing delivery routes to optimize time management and ensure timely deliveries.

4. Interacting with customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service.

5.Handling cash transactions or collecting payment upon delivery, if required.

6. Ensuring the security and integrity of delivered items, taking necessary precautions to prevent damage or theft.

7. Maintaining a clean and well-maintained delivery vehicle, performing routine inspections and reporting any maintenance needs.

**Skills**:

- Navigational Skills : Navigational skills which includes the ability to read maps, use GPS systems, and navigate unfamiliar areas.
- Attention to Detail : Paying close attention to details including verification of package contents, matching delivery addresses, and confirming recipient information.
- Communication : Effective communication skills to communicate with customers,colleagues, and supervisors, providing updates, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Physical endurance : Endurance for lifting and carrying packages
- Language proficiency: Ability to communicate in Hindi and Marathi and also English(optional)

**Education requirements**:
10th/12th passed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
