**Role:* **Tele caller

**Location**:* Banjara Hills, Hyderabad

**Type of Employment**:* Full-Time

**Salary Range**:* INR 1,75,000 - INR 3,75,000 per annum

**Role & Responsibilities**:*
- Reach out to potential clients and channel partners through calls based on the leads and data provided by the company.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of partnering with Gio Realty to prospective channel partners.
- Maintain and update the database of contacts, leads, and interactions within the company's CRM system.
- Assist in the recruitment of channel partners by providing them with detailed information, answering their queries, and guiding them through the initial stages of partnership.
- Achieve and exceed assigned targets for recruiting channel partners and generating business opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up on queries and concerns.
- Provide feedback from potential clients and partners to the sales and marketing teams to help refine strategies and approaches.
- Graduate or Diploma holder with 1-3 years of experience in tele calling or a similar role.
- Proficiency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with a diverse range of clients and partners.
- Experience in the real estate sector is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficient in MS Office.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
