- Salary: Minimum 50,000.00 - 2 Lac Per Month

- Key Responsibilities:
- 1. This position entails field sales responsibilities.
- 2. You are required to thoroughly understand all services and products listed in the provided link within the job description.
- 3. You are required to engage in meetings with YOUR AQUAINTED/KNOWN clients/customers or potential leads with whom you have established a strong rapport from your previous/past companies where you have worked. Your primary focus will be solely on meeting or arranging meetings with customers within your designated field, utilizing your understanding of their needs to effectively promote our products or services
- 4. Lead or data will not be provided by us initially. However, leads generated from our website can be provided after reviewing your skills and conversion results
- 5. You are responsible for compiling a list of exact persons whom you plan to meet.
- 6. A location tracker will be installed and activated during working hours for monitoring purposes.
- 7. You are not obligated to visit locations that are far from your designated area. Instead, you should filter your existing client base area-wise and schedule meetings accordingly.
- 8. Follow-up with clients should be conducted through calls, messages, and personal meetings as necessary.
- 9. You are required to prepare and maintain an Excel Customer Relationship Management (CRM) report.

- How to Apply:
- 1. To join our team, you are required to undergo a 5-day training/trial period.
- 2. During this period, you will be assigned actual tasks that will become your job responsibilities upon joining us.
- 6. Compile a list of your existing clients with whom you have a connection, including their names, contact details, and addresses.
- 7. Note down the Unique Selling Points (USPs) of each service and explain why each service would be suitable for your existing listed clients.
- 8. Describe your approach to pitching our services to your clients. Demonstrate that you have thoroughly reviewed our products and services before securing appointments.
- 9. After our approval of your approach, filter the clients based on their location and create a daily client list. Begin approaching them with in-person meetings and provide daily reports in the given format.
- 10. The trial period will be unpaid, and specific trial tasks have not been designed. Instead, you will receive real tasks to evaluate your skills and tactics.
- 11. Your salary will be determined upon the completion of the training/trial period.
