**About Us**:
Join our renowned gym in Punjabi Bagh, known for its commitment to fitness excellence and vibrant community atmosphere. We're seeking a motivated Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our establishment, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a positive environment for our valued clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Billing**: Manage monthly client billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- **Client Interaction**: Engage with clients in person and via phone, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- **Cold Calling & Database Management**: Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling initiatives. Maintain and update the client database with accurate information.
- **Communication**: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, effectively conveying information to clients, staff, and trainers.
- **Staff Coordination**: Collaborate with fellow staff members and trainers to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional service delivery.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling appointments, managing inventory, and handling incoming correspondence.

**Requirements**:

- **Fresh Graduate**: We welcome fresh graduates who are eager to kick-start their career in the fitness industry.
- **Communication Skills**: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally.
- **Customer Service**: Prior experience in customer service roles is preferred, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building positive relationships with clients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
