**Responsibilities**:
**Cold Calling**: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers based on provided leads or databases to introduce products or services offered by the company.

**Product/Service Promotion**: Explain the features, benefits, and advantages of the products or services to potential customers, highlighting how they can address the customer's needs.

**Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential leads through probing questions, understanding customer requirements, and assessing their interest and buying potential.

**Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain a positive rapport with potential customers, addressing their queries, concerns, and objections while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.

**Achieving Sales Targets**: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets by effectively closing sales or setting appointments for the sales team.

**Follow-up**: Call back prospective customers who showed initial interest but didn't convert, and nurture these leads through further communication.

**Sales Reporting**: Provide regular reports on call outcomes, lead conversion rates, and other relevant metrics to the sales manager.

**Continuous Learning**: Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve product knowledge, communication skills, and sales techniques.

**Collaboration**: Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and transfer of qualified leads.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
