Key Responsibilities:

- Patient Consultation and Assessment:

- Conduct comprehensive consultations with patients to understand their aesthetic goals and medical history.
- Perform detailed skin, hair, and body assessments to recommend appropriate treatments.
- Treatment Planning and Execution:

- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and desired outcomes.
- Perform and supervise non-surgical cosmetic procedures including:

- Slimming treatments (e.g., cryolipolysis, ultrasound cavitation)
- Skin rejuvenation treatments (e.g., vampire facial, HIFU, microdermabrasion)
- Hair restoration therapies (e.g., PRP hair regenerative treatments)
- Laser treatments (e.g., laser hair removal, laser anti pigmentation treatment)
- Injectable treatments (e.g., Botox, dermal fillers)
- Sales and Business Development:

- Promote the clinic's services and products to increase patient enrollment and retention.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Participate in marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Patient Care and Follow-up:

- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
- Ensure results and patient satisfaction.
- Provide detailed pre
- and post-treatment care instructions.
- Conduct follow-up appointments to monitor patient progress and address any concerns.
- Clinic Operations and Management:

- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and clinic policies.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration:

- Lead and support clinic staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and clinic performance.
- Professional Development:

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in cosmetic treatments and technologies.
- Attend relevant workshops, conferences, and training sessions.

Qualifications:

- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with a valid medical license.
- Board-certified dermatologist with specialized training in aesthetic medicine.
- Certification in administering Botox and dermal fillers.
- Proven experience in a cosmetic or aesthetic medical setting.
- Strong knowledge of non-surgical cosmetic treatments and technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and sales skills.
- High level of professionalism and patient care ethics.
- Ability to manage clinic operations and lead a team effectively.

- Advanced certifications in laser therapy, hair restoration, and body contouring.
