- Load Movement and Positioning
- Documentation and Reporting
- Teamwork and Communication

**Required Skill**:

- Proven experience in rigging and lifting operations, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or offshore industries.
- Experience with cranes, hoists, winches, and other lifting equipment.
- Knowledge of mechanical principles, load calculations, and lifting techniques.
- Proficiency in rigging and using slings, shackles, and other lifting accessories.
- Familiarity with reading technical drawings, load charts, and lifting plans.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical tools and equipment.
- Ability to recognize potential hazards or weaknesses in equipment and take appropriate action.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
