**Location**: Invoteo Future Pvt Ltd, Kochi & Thiruvalla, Kerala

**Experience**: 1-2 years

**Objective**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Tasks**: Manage daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies, handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and organizing company events.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, prepare sales reports, coordinate with clients, and follow up on leads.
- **Multitasking**: Efficiently juggle multiple tasks and prioritize workload to ensure smooth office operations and timely support to various departments.
- **Learning and Development**: Continuously seek opportunities to learn and improve skills relevant to the role and the company’s needs.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain and update company records, databases, and documentation.
- **Support HR Functions**: Assist with recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, and maintaining employee records.
- **Collaborative Effort**: Work closely with other team members to support company initiatives and projects.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Any experience is good experience. Proven experience in any field for 1-2 years is necessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basics in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a strong commitment to the company’s goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Any Bachelor’s degree completed or discontinued.
