Any Degree / PG. Finance knowledge will be added advantage.
- Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel
- Ability to work independently on assigned duties.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Hindi and Tamil will be added advantage.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Proficiency in business writing.
DUTIES
- Reporting to MD and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
- Maintain all hard copy and digital records of all company datas.
- Able to effectively interact with different types of people.
- Ensures completion of all administrative tasks.
- Work with other branches team to create a consolidated report to MD.
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
- Closely working with MD.
- Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes.
- Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
- Keeping all confidential details.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
