**Job Title: Quality Auditor - Video Production**

**Location**: C-10 Sector 2/ B8-Sec 132, Noida

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- **Script Auditing**: Review scripts prior to production to ensure alignment with project requirements, quality standards, and industry best practices.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures for video production projects, including script auditing as a crucial step in the pre-production phase.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct QC of all videos being produced on a daily basis to ensure adherence to script, to ensure all protocols and guidelines set for the team are being followed including adherence to quality standards, including technical specifications, visual and audio clarity, and overall production value. Coordinate with producers wherever required.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify areas for improvement in the video production workflow and collaborate with relevant teams to implement solutions that enhance process and team efficiencies and quality.
- **Documentation**: Develop and maintain documentation related to quality assurance processes, including audit reports, feedback, and recommendations for improvement. Give regular feedbacks to the teams (script writers and video editors) and handhold/train where ever required to develop understanding.
- **Training**: Provide training and support to script writers and video production team members on quality standards, best practices, and tools to ensure consistent quality across projects.
- **Feedback and Analysis**: Provide constructive feedback to video production team members based on audit findings and collaborate with them to address any quality issues identified.
- **Cross team stakeholder Management**: Work closely with auditors in the Shiksha content team to ensure factual accuracies wherever required
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and legal requirements related to video production quality.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video production quality assurance to continuously improve our processes and standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in film production, multimedia, communications, or a related field OR a master’s in arts (in any specialization).
- Proven experience in video production with a focus on quality assurance or quality control especially with relevant experience in the education industry.
- Strong understanding of video production workflows, including pre-production, production, and post-production processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify and analyze quality issues in video content.
- Familiarity with industry-standard video editing software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in quality management or quality assurance (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is a plus.
