**WORK LOCATION**:Ram Nagar First floor, beside Meghalaya hotel, Asilmetta Junction, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh 530002

**WORK DAYS: Monday - Saturday**
**(Days may vary for Visiting Faculties)**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Minimum teaching experience of 2-3 years.
- Should have teaching experience in software’s like AUTOCADD, 3DS MAX, SKETECH UP, PHOTOSHOP

Should have min exposure towards market surveys

Hands-on teaching experience in sketching and technical drawings.
- Plan and deliver in an effective manner in accordance with the curriculum.
- Design course material
- Monitor and maintain student morale and motivation.
- Monitor performance of students and render support as required.

**REQUIREMENTS**

Bachelor’s or Masters in Design / Architecture from any reputed institute / university

Minimum 2+ years’ experience in similar roles in education and related industries

Strong communication skills and a strong mastery of written and verbal English

Willingness to teach in a multicultural environment.

Good Communication skills and presentable.

Ability to take initiative for betterment.

Should be able to handle student queries.

Positive attitude towards work and organization.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
