Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Store Supervisor. As a store supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, managing inventory, conducting audits, maintaining documentation, and ensuring efficient stock management.

Immediate availability to join is required.

Responsibilities:

- Manage store operations
- Inventory Management
- Auditing
- Documentation
- MIS (Management Information System)
- 5S Kaizen
- Accounting:

- Collaborate with the accounting department to reconcile stock transactions, assist in generating GRN and ensure accurate financial records.

Qualification:

- High school diploma or graduation
- Proven experience in store management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for stock management, data analysis, and documentation
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record - keeping.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of 5S principles and experience implementing Kaizen methodologies is a plus.

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month

- Hosur, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
