Job Title: CNC Plasma Machine Operator

**Location**: Noida

**Experience : 2 years**

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Set up and operate CNC plasma cutting machines to cut various materials such as metal sheets, plates, and pipes.

Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders to determine cutting specifications and dimensions.

Select appropriate cutting programs, tools, and materials based on job requirements.

Load and unload materials onto the cutting table, ensuring proper alignment and secure clamping.

Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as necessary to ensure accurate cutting and optimal performance.

Inspect finished parts for quality, completeness, and dimensional accuracy.

Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC plasma cutting machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn components.

Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and coordinate repairs with maintenance personnel as needed.

Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

Maintain accurate production records, including material usage, scrap rates, and job times.

Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve overall efficiency.

Participate in training programs to enhance skills and stay updated on new technologies and techniques in CNC plasma cutting.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in CNC machining is preferred.

Proven experience operating CNC plasma cutting machines in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot machine issues independently.

Familiarity with CNC programming and G-code commands is a plus.

Ability to lift and move heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment.

Excellent attention to detail and quality consciousness.

Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed to meet production deadlines.

Commitment to safety and compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience with CNC plasma cutting software (e.g., Hypertherm, Mach3).

Knowledge of different types of materials and their cutting characteristics.

Experience with other fabrication processes such as welding, bending, and machining.

Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment.
