**Social Media Specialist**

**Job Role:

Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns, through a range of creative techniques including paid search, SEO, and PPC, building current strategies within the digital arena to meet and exceed marketing objectives, with a lean-mean budget utilizing a cost-effective approach. Execute online digital students’ registrations and inquiries with precision within admission.

**Job Responsibility:

1. Digital marketing specialist Implement and manage our social media strategy after conducting competitive research, platform determination, and messaging and
Audience identification.

2. Plan, create, publish and share new content (including original text, images, video, and code) on a daily basis that builds meaning.

3. Customer connections increase brand awareness and encourage community members to engage with the brand.

4. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop social media and Google paid campaigns.

5. Collaborate with graphic designer and content writer to develop social media and other strategies.

6. Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and Technologies.
7. Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company's social content. Moderate user-generated content in line with the moderation policy.

8. Collaborate with sales, web design, web development, digital marketing, customer relations, and product development teams.

9. Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
11. Should expert in People management.
12. Excellent skills in Social media management and marketing.
13. Know what kind of content as B school we should post.
14. Should know about every trend in the national and international market.
15. Can do Organic growth in social media.
16. Expert in Time Management.
17. Excellent skills in Paid marketing (all social platforms, Google ads, and Linkedin)
18. Generate Hashtags for social media growth.
19. Have an amazing hand in Strategy management for increasing engagement of social media
20. Google Analytics 4
21. Generate Organic leads through social media.
22. Should have the potential to handle multiple verticals.
23. Excellent in English Speaking.
24. People management skills.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Day shift

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 3 years (preferred)
- Developing and Managing digital marketing campaigns: 3 years (preferred)
- PaidFacebook Ads champign: 3 years (preferred)
- Social Media Management and Marketing: 3 years (preferred)
- Industry in BPO/Education/ Digital Marketing: 3 years (preferred)
