As a Sales Documentation and Coordination Executive, your role is multifaceted, combining elements of sales support and document management to ensure effective communication and accurate documentation & reportings. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining sales documentation and coordinating sales activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Documentation**:

- Prepare, update, and organize sales-related documents, including quotes, proposals, contracts, and invoices.
- Maintain a well-organized digital database of customer & sales documents for easy accessibility and retrieval of documents when needed.
- Generate reports and analyse sales data to track performance and trends.

**Sales Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the sales team and facilitate communication clients or prospects, follow-ups, etc.
- Coordinate the flow of information and communication between different departments, ensuring seamless sales processes.
- Monitor sales offers made, customer inquiries received, and sales pipelines as well as order status, and provide regular reports to the sales manager.
- Assist in the resolution of customer issues and inquiries, by ensuring timely communication and collaboration within the organization.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
