**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Must have 2 years of relevant experience in web design (high-end UI/UX designs).
- Act as the primary UX designer for high-visibility projects.
- Identify and execute the best methods for user research and testing.
- High level of proficiency using Adobe products '“ Adobe Photoshop, XD, Illustrator, and Figma.
- Design user interfaces and quickly iterate on multiple design solutions by working through details.
- Produce user requirements specifications, personas, storyboards, scenarios, flowcharts, design prototypes, and design specifications.
- Effectively communicate design rationale both verbally and visually.
- Manage the design process, drive decisions, track issues, and assist in estimating resource needs.
- Understand the requirements and convert them into sketches, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Strong portfolio showcasing user experience and visual designs for the web.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using Photoshop/Illustrator and any other prototyping tools.
- Effective communication of design solutions across role levels and handling design walkthroughs independently.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented, cross-functional environment.
- Ability to influence others and provide thought leadership on design.
- Passion for solving visual design problems and the ability to show different solutions.
- Thinks both tactically and strategically, and has high levels of self-direction, innovation, and imagination.
- Know HTML, CSS, and related.
- Other product designs like brochures, stickers, coupons, logos, pamphlets, circulars, magazines, etc. for various clients will be a plus
