- Greeting visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
- Handling general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Managing appointments and schedules.
- Coordinating office supplies and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
- Addressing inquiries and resolving issues or directing them to the appropriate person.
- Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales documents, reports, and presentations.
- Following up on leads and maintaining customer databases.
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Providing product or service information to potential clients.
- Coordinating sales activities and collaborating with the sales team.
- Participating in sales meetings and discussions.

Qualification: Any degree
Experience: Minimum 3 years in the field
