**Job Purpose**:
We are seeking an Inside Salesperson to join our marble/store/granite industry sales team. As an Inside
**Sales Generation**:
**Responsibilities**: Proactively identify and generate sales leads within the target market.
- Present product offerings, explain features and benefits and highlight competitive advantages to prospects.
- Utilize informative selling techniques to convert leads into sales.
**Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer needs, preferences, and project requirements.
- Provide product information, guidance, and support to customers throughout the sales process.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
**Quotation and Proposal Preparation**:
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals based on customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as design and production, to gather necessary information for quotations.
- Follow up on quotations and proposals to secure sales opportunities.
**Order Processing and Documentation**:
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure timely coordination with the production team to meet customer delivery requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and order information in the CRM system.
**Market Research and Competitive Analysis**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' activities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customer segments and market opportunities.
- Analyse competitor offerings, pricing, and positioning to develop effective sales strategies.
**Sales Reporting and Performance Tracking**:
- Prepare regular sales reports, including sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
- Track and analyse sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement sales strategies and goals.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the building materials industry or
**Desired Skills**:related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers.
- Excellent negotiation selling skills.
- Solid understanding of sales techniques and principles.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- B.A/B.Com/BBA or equivalent in the field of sales.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in any manufacturing/Service company is a
