**Responsibilities**:

- Executing end-to-end operations of ecommerce, including Order processing, product listing, inventory management, pricing, customer service, and order fulfilment.
- Well versed with Amazon Seller Central & Vendor Central management
- Inventory management in Amazon Fulfilment Centres, minimizing out of stock by Planning Replenishment accordingly
- Maintaining F.B.A. Inventory, Shipment, Returns Claim, ( Safe
- T Claim, SPF Claim )
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as, product management, graphics and logistics and work in the direction to achieve the sales targets & business goals.
- Monitor and analyse ecommerce sales and traffic data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with account managers of online marketplaces.
- Ensure compliance with ecommerce policies and regulations.
- Continuously optimize the ecommerce customer journey to enhance the customer experience.
- Responsible for data management and payment reconciliation for all marketplaces
- Diligently providing daily and weekly report to the managers

**Requirements**:

- 2- 3 years of experience in ecommerce operations with distinctive track record for a brand.
- Proven track record of working with Amazon Retail and 3P.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines
- Positive attitude and a willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong Organisational Skills.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
