Futures Trader

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced share market professional to join our team in the exciting field of Futures and Options trading in the Indian equity markets. As an F&O Trader, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing trading strategies to maximize return on capital while managing risk.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement trading strategies for the Indian equity markets.
- Monitor market trends, data, and trading patterns to identify profitable arbitrage opportunities.
- Collaborate with the quantitative research team to develop and back-test innovative trading models and strategies.
- Monitor and manage trading positions, ensuring smooth execution and efficient operation.
- Continuously evaluate and improve trading strategies based on market conditions and performance metrics.
- Analyze and interpret trading data, generating reports and insights for senior management.
- Stay updated with industry developments, regulations, and best practices related to algorithmic trading.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 3-7 years of experience in F&O trading within the Indian equity markets, with a proven and verifiable track record of successful trades and returns.
- Strong proficiency in various market analysis tools and softwares particularly ODIN and GreekSoft.
- Deep understanding of F&O concepts, market mechanics and ability to profit from opportunities.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform quantitative analysis and interpret complex data.
- Strong knowledge of Indian equity markets, including trading rules, regulations, and market structure.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, making quick decisions while managing risk.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts and strategies to stakeholders.

Compensation: Compensation for this position will be highly competitive and commensurate with experience and expertise. We offer best in class remuneration package and performance-based incentives.

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
