**Job Title : PGT Physics Teacher/Physics Lecturer**

**Qualification & Experience: M.Sc, B.Ed with minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in CBSE school. Teaching experience in CBSE School is must. Will be handling classes for grade 11 and 12 CBSE School and PUC I and PUC II.**
- **Teaching Physics**: Designing and delivering effective lessons to students in accordance with the CBSE curriculum. Explaining complex concepts, theories, and principles of Physics using appropriate teaching methodologies.
- **Lesson Planning**: Developing lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments aligned with the CBSE guidelines. Creating a structured and engaging learning environment to promote student understanding and achievement.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintaining discipline and order in the classroom. Managing student behavior, addressing individual needs, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
- **Assessments and Evaluation**: Designing and conducting assessments, tests, and examinations to evaluate student progress and understanding. Providing constructive feedback on student performance and implementing strategies for improvement.
- **Laboratory Work**: Planning and conducting practical experiments in the Physics laboratory. Ensuring the safe handling of equipment, encouraging critical thinking, and guiding students in analyzing and interpreting experimental data.
- **Academic Support**: Providing individualized assistance and guidance to students who require additional support or enrichment in Physics. Identifying learning difficulties and implementing remedial measures to help students overcome challenges.
- **Parent-Teacher Communication**: Regularly communicating with parents or guardians to discuss student progress, academic performance, and any concerns or issues. Collaborating with parents to support student learning and development.
- **Professional Development**: Engaging in continuous professional development activities to stay updated with the latest advancements in Physics education. Participating in workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- **Co-curricular Activities**: Actively participating in and organizing co-curricular activities related to Physics, such as science fairs, debates, quizzes, and field trips. Encouraging students' participation and nurturing their interest in Physics beyond the classroom.
- **Administrative Duties**: Fulfilling administrative responsibilities, such as maintaining attendance records, preparing progress reports, and participating in faculty meetings.
