Travel Sales Executive

**Duties**
- **Customer Assistance**: Provide assistance and guidance to customers regarding travel plans, destinations, accommodations, and transportation options and converting them into revenue & Outstanding balance follow-up.
- **Itinerary Planning**: Create customized travel itineraries based on customer preferences, budget, and requirements.
- **Sales and Promotions**: Promote travel packages, deals, and special offers to customers to increase sales and meet targets.
- **Problem Resolution**: Resolve customer complaints, issues, and emergencies related to travel disruptions, cancellations, or changes.
- **Research and Knowledge**: Stay updated on travel industry Price trends, destinations, regulations, and requirements to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Handle administrative duties such as processing payments, maintaining records, and generating reports related to bookings and sales.

**Skill required**
- **Customer Service Skills**: Ability to provide exceptional customer service, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the booking process and beyond.
- **Sales Skills**: Proficiency in sales techniques to promote travel packages, upsell additional services, and meet sales targets.
- **Attention to Detail**: Keen attention to detail when processing bookings, managing itineraries, and ensuring accuracy in travel documents and arrangements.
- **Computer Skills**: Proficiency in using booking systems, online travel platforms, and office software for reservation management, communication, and documentation.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Clear and effective communication with clients to understand their needs and provide relevant information and solutions. Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Ability to negotiate with travel suppliers, hotels, and airlines to secure favorable terms, rates, and packages for clients.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility to adapt to changing travel trends, customer preferences, and industry regulations to meet evolving client needs effectively.

**Salary, incentive and benefits**
- Fresher in the travel industry : Salary range (Rs. 12,000/- to 15,000/-)
- Experience in the industry : Salary range (Rs. 15,000/- to 22,000/-) as per skill and experienced
- Incentive : Performance base incentive on achieving the monthly target

**Office working detail**
- Work from Home
- 6 Days a week with Sunday off
- 9 am to 6 pm - 9hrs a day

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
