Are you an experienced and skilled Store Assistant with a background in the rubber and plastic industry? If you possess 5 to 7 years of relevant experience and have a knack for handling store operations efficiently, we have an exciting opportunity for you in Sausar

**Role and Responsibilities**:
As a Store Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our store operations. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Inventory Management**: Oversee the stock levels, maintain inventory records, and ensure accurate stock replenishment. Keep track of incoming and outgoing materials to avoid stockouts and overstock situations.
- **Tally and MS Office**: Proficiently handle Tally software for recording transactions and generating reports. Utilize MS Office tools to maintain data and prepare reports as required.
- **Material Handling**: Receive incoming materials, inspect them for quality and quantity, and store them appropriately. Facilitate the issuance of materials to production or other departments as per requisitions.
- **Warehouse Organization**: Organize and optimize the layout of the warehouse for easy access and efficient storage management.
- **Documentation**: Maintain proper documentation of materials, invoices, and other store-related records.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the procurement team to coordinate deliveries and ensure timely availability of materials.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols within the store area.

**Requirements**:To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

- **5 to 7 years of experience as a Store Assistant** in the rubber and plastic industry.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Knowledge of inventory management best practices.

**Salary: 25000 to 30000 per month**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sausar, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- store assistant: 5 years (preferred)
