**Role / Position **:Store Trainee

**Education**: ITI/ Diploma/Degree in Electronics or Electrical.

**Experience**: 0-1 Yrs

**Salary**: 5 K - 15 K

**Job Location **:Kanjurmarg East, Mumbai.

**Key Skillsets **:MS-office (MS -Excel, MS - Word).

**Learning Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel including knowledge of formulae.
- Good communication skills.
- Time management.
- Detail oriented.
- Keep record of stock on regular basis.
- Demonstrating and Merchandising products.
- Store Cleanliness, Store Opening / Closing.
- Validating and Receiving Stock.
- Stock Audits.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will learn to Research and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers.
- You will learn to Request quotes and compare prices for maximum savings.
- You will learn to Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases.
- You will learn to Create and maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- You will learn to Negotiate appropriate contracts for pricing and supply.
- You will learn to Make PO’s and maintain proper record of the same.
- You will learn to Examine and review products and supplies to ensure quality.
- You will learn to Track incoming inventory, delivery arrival time, and note actual arrival time.
- You will learn to Organize and update database of suppliers, delivery times, invoices, and quantity of supplies.
- You will learn to Work with team members, supervisors, and engineers to develop future purchasing plans.
- You will learn to Ensure all deliveries contain all goods requested.
- You will learn to Maintain proper records of material received, inward and outward register.
- You will learn to Coordinate with accounts department on contracts, invoicing, and other financial matters.
- You will learn to Excellent work ethic and time management skills.
- You will learn to Plan day-to-day Operations, Task & Rooster for Store & Stock Management.
- You will learn to Ensure adherence to SOP at Store.
- You will learn to Ensure adherence to Store etiquette and store timings.
- You will learn to Maintaining accurate Store & Stock records.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kanjurmarg, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Location**:

- Kanjurmarg, Mumbai, Maharashtra (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
