Hotel Receptionist

**Responsibilities**:
1.Greeting and assisting guests

2. Check-in and check-out procedures

3. Managing reservations and room assignments

4. Handling inquiries and requests

6. Ensuring guest satisfaction

7. Addressing and resolving issues

8. Providing information about the hotel and local area

9. Maintaining a tidy reception area

Qualification & Skills:
1. High school diploma or equivalent

2. Customer service training

3. Proficiency in using reservation software

4. Problem-solving training

5. Communication skills workshops

6. Professionalism and etiquette training

7. Additional language proficiency (if applicable)

8. Previous hospitality experience (preferred)

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
