Job Purpose

The Global Associate Director Solution delivery Content Management Technologies, This role is accountable to deliver and support content management services components including Documentum suite of products for the Sandoz document management systems

Job Responsibility

2) Design and implement features and functionality for upcoming major and minor releases of Documentum platform technologies including Data and Document migration strategy and execution.

4) Effectively engage with the chosen SI Partner(s) and collaboratively strive to deliver business value.

Ensure enterprise grade and state of the art Solution Design and Architecture with maximizing re-usability, configurability, and scalability.

5) Ensure top class and state of the art engineering delivery, code management, DevSecOps management, automation and strive for highest efficiency.

Run efficient DevSecOps for platforms, products, or systems ensuring availability and optimal performance in line with the specific role.

6) Follow industry trends and emerging practices to drive agility, speed, efficiency, and effectiveness. Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing deploying new solutions and services.

Key Performance Indicators

1) Services are led within SLA/OLA KPIs. Service capacity is available within plannable parameters.

2) Service changes are handled through releases and within the Sandoz compliance framework. Sandoz Technology services are maximised within the wider framework of standardized Service model.

3) Establish successful partnerships with key delivery providers such as Infrastructure and external companies such as OpenText, Veeva, D4S platform and other Documentum services. Seen as teammate, supporting all colleagues in Global Technology Team

**Education**:
University degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering or information technology or other relevant field.

Languages:
Proficient in written and spoken English.

Experience and Skills:
1) 8 years+ experience in platform engineering of Document management system in healthcare, or pharma;
Deep knowledge of IT and business processes and experience in validated environments (GxP).

2) Deep knowledge building Documentum containerized environments using various DevOps tools

Ability to communicate optimally with collaborators, lead issues, resolve conflicts, and mitigate risks.

3) High display of Sandoz Values & Behaviors.

4) Strong collaboration and social skills at team and management levels, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of trust and confidence

Strong internal and/or external influencing skills to achieve the program objectives.

5) Analytical, process-oriented with a keen interest to drive continuous improvements Acting as a role model for all people within the organization. Strong can-do demeanor and results-focused, with capability to think strategically.
