### Job Description: Telecaller (Female)

## **Key Responsibilities**
- **Outbound Calling**: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services and generate leads.
- **Customer Interaction**: Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- **Data Management**: Accurately record customer details, interactions, and sales information in the database.
- **Follow-Up**: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and to secure sales.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather and record customer feedback to improve service quality and customer experience.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge about company products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- **Complaint Handling**: Address customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, pleasant, and professional tone.
- **Language Proficiency**: Proficiency in [local language(s)] and English.
- **Customer-Focused**: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- **Computer Skills**: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Good listening skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to handle objections and difficult situations calmly and effectively.
- **Motivation**: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
- **Work Hours**:Monday to Friday, 10AM to 7 PM]
- **Environment**: Office setting with standard office equipment.
- **Dress Code**: Professional attire required.
