As an Education Counsellor at our IT Skill Institute, you will play a key role in helping potential students understand the programs we offer and guiding them through the enrollment process. You will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed information about our courses, advising students on the best options for their career goals, and ensuring that they have a positive experience from their initial inquiry to their enrollment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide detailed information about our IT training programs to potential students.
- Advise students on the best course options based on their career goals, educational background, and current skill level.
- Assist students in completing their enrollment forms and ensure that all required documentation is submitted.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless enrollment process for all students.
- Participate in promotional events and activities to attract potential students and increase enrollment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., education, counseling, marketing) preferred.
- Experience in education counseling or sales, preferably in the IT training industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
