**Position description**:
ECOM-eCommerce - RO

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- To bring in NTB MEs & manage existing portfolio MEs to increase wallet share.
- To drive activtion and cross sell bank products.
- Regular visit to merchants in portfolio and increase bank relationship.
- Focus is to increase portfolio volume & float from Merchants to gain bank share.
- Managing risk & compliance team and adhering their compliances for ME requirement

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Managing & engaging Channels - mainly Branch banking
- Work on existing CA customers & offer them digital solutions to drive CASA float & volumes.
- Introduction of products to branch staff by joining in branch huddles
- Support in servicing merchants with help of service team.

**Educational qualifications preferred**
- **Category**: Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree
- **Field specialization**: Computer Science, Commerce
- **Academic score**: Pass
- **Institution tier**: Any

**Required work experience**
- **Industry**: Banking preferred - but not a constraint. Experience in Direct & Portfolio management
- **Role**: Individual Contributor - Sales
- **Years of experience**: 1 to 2

**Required Competencies**:

- Exposure to direct selling, Sales in corporates or concept selling.
- Managing Relation across senior levels of the Organization.
- Exposure in project / Category / product management
- Exposure to manage multiple teams across different functions

**Required Knowledge**:
1. Understanding of MS office and systems is a must.

- High confidence level, ability to manage channel within the bank.
- Excellent Oral & Written communication
- Willingness to do end to end sales
- Ability to make cold calls & engage in pre-fixed appointments
