**Responsibilities**:
**GSA Schedule Management**:
- Maintain and update the company's GSA schedules, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines.
- Monitor changes in GSA regulations and update internal stakeholders accordingly.
**Bid Proposal Development**:
- Analyze government procurement opportunities and determine the feasibility of bidding.
- Develop comprehensive and compliant bid proposals in response to GSA solicitations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather required information for proposals.
**Compliance Assurance**:
- Ensure all bid proposals align with GSA requirements, regulations, and specifications.
- Conduct thorough reviews to confirm compliance with technical, pricing, and contractual requirements.
**Market Research**:
- Conduct market research to identify potential GSA opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- Identify potential subcontracting opportunities and partnerships to enhance bid competitiveness.
**Relationship Building**:
- Foster relationships with key contacts within government agencies to understand their procurement needs.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to expand the company's presence in the government sector.
**Contract Negotiation**:
- Collaborate with legal and business development teams to negotiate terms and conditions of government contracts.
- Ensure that contracts meet both the company's and the government's objectives.
**Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of all GSA bidding activities, communications, and outcomes.
- Provide regular reports on GSA bidding performance and suggest improvements.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in GSA bidding, government contracting, or a related role.
- In-depth knowledge of GSA schedules, FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation), and government procurement processes.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with GSA eOffer and eMod systems is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
