**Position**: English Evaluator

**Job Type**: Work from Home

**Experience**: Minimum 1 year.

**Working Days**: 6 days (1st, 3rd Sat. & All Sun will be Off)

**Office Timing**: 12:00 Noon to 9:00 PM

**Job Summary**: We are looking for a talented English Evaluator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our phonics-based reading and pronunciation sessions delivered by teachers from the United States and the United Kingdom.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Evaluation: Evaluate recorded reading and pronunciation sessions conducted by native teachers.
- Assessment: Assess teachers' adherence to predetermined rubrics and guidelines.
- Feedback: Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement to teachers.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of evaluations and feedback. Demonstrate data driven approach.
- Consistency: Participate in regular training and calibration sessions to ensure consistency in evaluations.
- Clear understanding of Phonics.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in teaching reading and pronunciation using phonics, with a strong understanding of phonics principles.
- Familiarity with US and UK phonics curriculum standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to provide constructive and actionable feedback to educators.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital evaluation tools and platforms.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Teaching certification or relevant teaching qualifications.
Experience with online education platforms and tools.
Prior experience in teaching (phonics), curriculum development or instructional design.
