**Job Title: Junior Interior Designer - Modular Furniture Specialist**

**About us**:We at Inque are manufacturers of Mdular Kitchens & Wardrobes. We have a pan india presence with B2B and B2C clientele.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Client Handling:

- Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences, objectives, and specific needs for modular furniture projects.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and the design team, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

2. Designing:

- Utilize expertise in modular furniture design to create innovative and functional solutions that align with client requirements.
- Develop detailed drawings, floor plans, and 3D visualizations to effectively convey design concepts.

3. BOQ Preparation:

- Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for modular furniture projects, ensuring comprehensive documentation of materials and costs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align BOQs with project specifications and budget constraints.

4. Project Coordination:

- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and various project stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of modular furniture projects.
- Oversee project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to client expectations and quality standards.

5. Documentation and Communication:

- Maintain meticulous project documentation, including design plans, contracts, and correspondence.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external partners to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

6. Timely Reporting:

- Provide regular and timely project status reports to clients and upper management.
- Proactively address any challenges, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.

2. 1-2 years of proven experience in interior design, with a focus on modular furniture.

3. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

4. Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.

5. Knowledge of 3D design software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max) is advantageous.

6. Strong client management and interpersonal skills.

7. Ability to prepare accurate BOQs and manage project budgets effectively.

8. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
