**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Oversees all company social media accounts management including Instagram & Facebook
- Plan, create and execute social media marketing calendar
- Understand social media metrics and analytics
- Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
- Coordinates social media messaging, managers, and quarterly or seasonal company goals
- Increase organic reach and engagement
- Create and track paid campaigns
- Be able to track social media influencers, run influencer campaigns if necessary
- Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns, insights
- Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
- Interviews, hires, and trains social media team members
- Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
- Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
- **Good Knowledge of Social Media Channels.**:

- Degree in Business/ Marketing or Social Media,
- Must have solid knowledge of social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc. and have hands-on experience working on increasing traffic through these channels.
- 1-2 8years of prior experience in small to medium business
- Web Proficiency
- Computer Software Proficiency : Canva, Hootsuite, adobe, photoshop, etc.
- Should actively participate in brainstorming sessions and love challenges that push your limits to think out-of-the-box.
- A performer who can be trusted with critical tasks.
- Team Management Experience, Advertising, Copywriting, Content Creation, Public Relations and Brand Marketing Experience,
- Proofreading and Editing Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Customer Service Skills

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
