**What will you do**:

- Write clean, scalable code in a fast-paced work environment.
- Write unit integration tests, and automation and perform code reviews.
- Develop proof of concepts at lightning speed for hypotheses validation, and testing team feedback.
- Work in tandem with product engineering managers to prioritize features for the active sprint; manage a list of technical requirements based on Industry trends.
- Perform code refactoring, utilizing visualization and other techniques to fast-track concepts, delivering continuous improvement.
- Prepare UML diagrams and technical documentation.
- Manage offchain infrastructure.
- Develop secure REST API.

**What makes you a great fit**:

- Bachelor/Masters's degree in STEM.
- 4 years of professional experience writing secure, scalable backend code serving at least 500,000 users.
- Deep domain expertise in NodeJs architecture, expressJs, serverless frameworks, WebSockets, RESTful services, and SQL NOSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with TDD, and AWS services such as EC2/EBS/S3/Route53/SQS/SES/SNS/cloud front distribution.
- Deep knowledge of XML, JSON, web service technologies data structure fundamentals.
- Ability to clearly communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with docker/microservices is a plus.
- Good team player.
- Proactive, self-learner.
- Practical knowledge of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and fintech background.
- Excellent time management.
- First principles thinking.
