**About the Organization**: VasyERP (Acquired by Reliance Industries) is an Ahmedabad situated young start-up working into cloud-based ERP products. We design and develop ERP & point of sale (POS) platforms for manufacturing and retail industries in India and internationally.

**Intro to Role**:As an Customer Relations Associate you will be supporting customers as they transit from sales prospects to active users of our products. You will focus on customer loyalty and building strong long-term relationships, and often stay with the same customers as long as they continue to work with your business.

**What will you do**:

- Checking with the clients to make sure they’re consistently using the products. Connecting with your customer over both their successes and frustrations to develop a long-term bond.
- Offer product solutions as per the pain points of customers, and find opportunities to expand business.
- If new product launches, then you need to facilitate demos and training.
- Be in touch with customers regularly to develop an open line of communication, so concerns can be promptly heard and addressed.

**What you will bring**:

- Degree in marketing, business administration, or Any Graduate
- Knowledge and Awareness of ERP Software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Effective Listening.
- Adaptability & Ability to Admit You Don’t Have the Answer

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 per year
