Office Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to staff, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and preparing correspondence
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Maintain filing systems and records
- Greet visitors and provide directions
- Handle general office tasks, such as copying, scanning, and faxing
- Assist with organizing events and meetings
- Maintain a clean and organized office space
Qualifications:
- High school or graduate
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with administrative tasks preferred
