**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Installation and Assembly**: Install, assemble, and set up mechanical systems and machinery for pharmaceutical production according to technical drawings and specifications.
- **Maintenance**: Conduct routine maintenance checks, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and perform repairs to ensure smooth machinery operation.
- **Repair**: Identify and rectify faults in mechanical systems and equipment to minimize downtime and maintain high production standards.
- **Technical Support**: Provide technical assistance and support to team members and other departments as needed.
- **Safety**: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines specific to the pharmaceutical industry to ensure a safe working environment.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections. Update technical manuals and documents as required, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with company policies and pharmaceutical industry regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in Fitting or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- **For Freshers**: Recent ITI graduates with no prior experience are encouraged to apply.

**Skills**:

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of safety standards and practices, especially in the pharmaceutical industry.
