**The Role Responsibilities**

**Job Summary**

Change Centre of Expertise (CoE) is a team under Global Finance Operations and Transformation, focussing on SCB wide Change Management for all existing Application infrastructure for Global Finance Services (GFS), Aspire, Tax, Core Finance and Subsystems.

This function is also strongly governed by the Change Management principles and Delivers and Manages changes that are of high value to SCB Group and regional Businesses spread across the world.

Functional experts, technical experts and Project management teams work in a collaborative environment to deliver group-wide changes across all geographies. The change governance function along with the business operations teams ensure expert impact analysis and support for rolling out system enhancements and changes into the GFS core financing systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

Will be responsible for implementation of SCB’s ‘Aspire’ change program’s transformation of General ledger accounting, processes in an ‘new system’ environment by bringing in expertise in domains like Product Control, DPL, FM / CF Business Finance Reporting, Reallocations, PAPM and Data (as appropriate) With Primary responsibility to support Data mapping exercise to the overall Architecture supporting MI Strategy.
- Responsible for managing deliverables throughout the project lifecycle collaborating with various project / program teams, stakeholders; finance stakeholders across geographies, process and technology teams.
- Ensure detailed documentation is maintained on the Business Requirement and Functional Specifications. Making sure we provide best solution which is most effective from User, Cost and Risk Perspective.
- Strong communication skills to strategize, facilitate and improve efficiency in delivering changes in a complex environment with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders.
- Ensure detailed project transition plan to be considered in different aspects like End User Training, Resource Considerations and Training Materials.
- Drive the establishment of a target operating model and internal capability to support and drive ongoing change / enhancement initiatives.
- Primary contact point with other change and BAU leaders across the organisation to identify and resolve blockers to project success.
- Evidence of strong Project Management skills, enabling the delivery of multiple diverse data initiatives from inception to delivery.
- Build strong relationships with key delivery partners, and ensure efficiencies and synergies are realised across programmes.
- Excellent business and technical process design and execution skills, enabling the effective execution of a change.
- Ensure effective governance and project management standards are applied across all delivery responsibilities.
- Ensure clarity of objectives agreed with the LM and are broken down to tasks with regular updates to the LM.
- Contributing to the effectiveness of the team by utilizing interpersonal skills to work with members effectively.
- Gain cross functional knowledge and System Training to uplift the skills especially in the assigned domains.
- Ensure strong engagement with senior leaders and stakeholders across Finance.
- Responsibility for prioritisation and management of critical path delivery items.
- Build effective communication channels with wider senior finance leadership.
- Ensuring compliance of regulations, policies and requirements.
- Design the target state solution and target state processes.
- Managing the assigned tasks professionally and efficiently.
- Responsible for risk and issue resolution.

**Domain Responsibilities**
- Good understanding of CCIB finance systems including related EUCs. Knowledge on CCIB (Transaction Banking, Global Markets) TP systems would be an added advantage.
- Good exposure to various reports in Global Market Business finance world including KPIs, metrics and Group level reports.
- Good understanding of PSGL Systems and Processes from GM Business Finance perspective including central revenue management reallocations.
- Good understanding of CCIB products and their accounting in GL would be an added advantage.
- Understand the booking models, related accounting and reporting.

The role requires very strong change management experience along with a background Core Finance functions.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with senior leaders within Finance is also a must, the role will be reporting into the Aspire Core Finance Change Lead but will also have direct engagement with Aspire Core Finance Work Stream Leads, GPO’s and senior Aspire MT.
