**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and innovative thinking, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
